SuperIndex currently refreshes daily. Email delivery follows a successful publish; it does not monitor labs in real time. See an example email.
What to expect
How fast are the emails?
We send after a new release is published on SuperIndex. The current refresh runs once a day, so detection can take roughly a day or longer if a source or publish fails. Several models from the same refresh arrive together. Our daily email allowance can defer some mail to a later run. Inbox delivery depends on your email provider.
What counts as a release?
A model newly observed in our text-model catalog. We exclude historical backfills and routine score or rank changes. A catalog listing does not guarantee general availability or benchmark coverage; missing facts are marked as not reported.
How do I cancel?
Request a secure manage link. Card subscribers can open Stripe’s customer portal and cancel renewal; access lasts through the paid period. Stopping emails alone does not cancel card billing.
How do crypto renewals work?
There is no automatic charge. We email reminders 14 and 2 days before expiry, subject to delivery and the daily allowance. Renew from your manage page. Early renewal adds 365 days to your current expiry; an expired plan starts again when payment is confirmed.
Are free alerts still available?
Yes. Browser notifications and the RSS feed remain free. The paid plans deliver release updates by email.
