Privacy
Paid release emails use only the information needed to manage your plan and send your updates.
What we store
Your normalized email address, plan and payment status, paid-through dates, email preferences, payment processor customer, subscription, invoice and payment IDs, and checkout order IDs. We also store signed-link email requests, webhook event IDs and delivery records to prevent duplicate grants and emails. Windowed rate-limit counters use hashed email or IP identifiers.
Records are held in Cloudflare’s Durable Object storage and mirrored to Workers KV. Payment records and delivery logs remain until removed during account support or operational retention maintenance. We do not store card details, wallet private keys or passwords.
Processors
Stripe processes card payments and manages recurring billing. NOWPayments processes crypto invoices and confirmation. Resend receives your email address and email content to deliver messages. Those services may collect payment and technical details directly under their own privacy policies. Cloudflare hosts the site and subscriber records. Public site analytics, when enabled, use Cloudflare Web Analytics.
Your choices
Use a secure manage link to stop or resume release emails, manage card billing, or renew your crypto plan. Email preferences do not cancel a card subscription. Payment receipts and requested manage links can still be sent when release emails are stopped. We do not sell subscriber addresses or use them for unrelated marketing.
For access, correction or deletion requests, contact [email protected]. Some payment records may need to be retained for accounting, fraud prevention or disputes.
