Release email terms
A short agreement for SuperIndex’s paid release emails.
Plans and access
The card plan costs $1 USD per month and renews automatically through Stripe until cancelled. The crypto plan costs $12 USD for 365 days after NOWPayments confirms a finished payment. Crypto is a one-time payment with manual renewal. Early crypto renewal adds 365 days from your current crypto expiry; otherwise it begins at payment confirmation. Network fees, processor minimums and checkout availability may vary by coin.
Delivery
We email newly observed text-model releases after they are published on SuperIndex. The current publish schedule is daily. Historical backfills and routine rank changes do not count as releases. Multiple releases may be grouped. Source outages, publish failures, daily email limits and inbox filtering can delay delivery. We do not promise lab-announcement-time delivery or complete release coverage. Scores and prices reflect available sources and can change.
Cancellation and refunds
Card subscribers can cancel future renewal through the Stripe customer portal reached from the manage page. Paid access continues through the paid period when cancellation is scheduled at period end. Stopping emails does not cancel billing. Crypto access expires unless you renew it manually. Crypto payments are non-refundable except duplicates or overpayment, subject to applicable law.
